Before co-founding InfraKnit, Shubham worked for multiple established brands and startup organizations in the technology domain. He brings business insights to the company and leads the strategic business planning to achieve business growth by exploring markets, identifying prospects, and adapting company offerings as per customer requirements.

Shubham ensures Business Development, Technology Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and strategic planning clubbed for business growth.

In his recent work with Athenta, Shubham represented the organization as the Head of Business Development and bagged orders from prestigious projects.

Maintaining and management of the relationship with customers and employees are the key focus area.

Shubham holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from NIT, Kurukshetra, and Bachelor's degree in Technology from UP Technical University.

Anil Soude

Founder & Chief Operating Officer.

With 18+ years of versatile experience in the industry like Telecom, IT, & Automobiles, Anil brings strategic insight to the company and deep operational knowledge of driving business growth, partnerships, and leading cross-cultural teams.

Anil has extensive experience and expertise in Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Company Governance Audit, Crisis Management, Risk Management, and Corporate Advisory.

Before InfraKnit Technologies, Anil has held critical positions in Athenta as General Manager Administration & HR.

He drove Athena’s strategic planning and operations for several years and worked for an organization like MTS Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd., Honda Siel Cars India Limited.

Always passionate about meaningful changes like giving opportunities to youngsters, Anil believes prioritizing people and streamlining processes are the keys to success.

Anil holds a bachelor’s degree from Delhi University and Master’s degree in Business Administration from Symbiosis University.
