 With 18+ years of versatile experience in the industry like Telecom, IT, & Automobiles, Anil brings strategic insight to the company and deep operational knowledge of driving business growth, partnerships, and leading cross-cultural teams.
Anil has extensive experience and expertise in Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Company Governance Audit, Crisis Management, Risk Management, and Corporate Advisory.
Before InfraKnit Technologies, Anil has held critical positions as General Manager Administration & HR.
He drove strategic planning and operations for several years and worked for an organization like MTS Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd., Honda Siel Cars India Limited.
Always passionate about meaningful changes like giving opportunities to youngsters, Anil believes prioritizing people and streamlining processes are the keys to success.
Anil holds a bachelor’s degree from Delhi University and  Master’s degree in Business Administration from Symbiosis University. 

  Founder & Chief Executive Officer 

 Before co-founding InfraKnit, Shubham worked for multiple established brands and startup organizations in the technology domain. He brings business insights to the company and leads the strategic business planning to achieve business growth by exploring markets, identifying prospects, and adapting company offerings as per customer requirements.
Shubham ensures Business Development, Technology Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and strategic planning clubbed for business growth.
In his recent work in the Infrastructure domain, Shubham represented the organization as the Head of Business Development and bagged orders from prestigious projects.
Maintaining and management of the relationship with customers and employees are the key focus area.
Shubham holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from NIT, Kurukshetra, and Bachelor's degree in Technology from UP Technical University. 

Chief Software Architect

As Chief Software Architect (CSA), Shrikant leads the InfraKnit’s Product & Development team. He provides market intelligence through advisors and analysts, enhances InfraKnit’s product awareness and develops product capabilities to next level to achieve highest market penetration of organization, including the formation of a global, strategic pursuit team. He is an accomplished leader, with more than 15 years of experience developing software product in Infrastructure domain, building high-performing teams, and managing global CSuite client relationships across industries. Throughout his career, Shrikant has driven transformational changes across product, enterprises and devOps teams leading to exponential growth and high value for clients.
Prior to InfraKnit, Shrikant worked as Software developer at Ericsson for almost six years in BSS/OSS domain, Technical lead at Conduent in transportation domain and most recently as the Senior Technical Lead at Octro Inc in gaming domain.
Shrikant holds M.Tech from BITS Pilani in Software Systems, and a B.Tech from UP Technical University in Information Technology.

An accomplished and result driven Sales & Marketing Professional specialized in Technical, Administrative & Commercial Issues with extensive experience in complete Sales Cycle and Market Operation Management.

Abhishek ensure establish and maintain relationship with key stakeholders and manage customer. Identify and implement process improvement to increase efficiency in project deployments.  

Abhishek holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Management from Pune university and  B.Tech from BBD NITM University Lucknow.

Roy Mathew, is one of the most seasoned professionals and industry leaders.  Roy is a seasoned professional with an impressive track record, boasting over two decades of diverse global technology and management experience. His career has been marked by a wide array of roles in business consulting, process improvement, strategic planning, business development, talent management, and leadership development. Roy’s distinguished background also includes his service as a veteran with a prestigious pedigree from the National Defense Academy and the Indian Military Academy. This military experience has imbued him with a strong foundation in discipline, strategic thinking, and leadership – qualities that have been seamlessly integrated into his professional endeavours.  

Assistant IT Manager 

With over 9+ years of experience in Web Applications, Web Servers, AWS Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Windows Backup. Satpal  is a professional responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and implementation of an organization's information technology systems and operations.  He is collaborating with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions.  He Resolves technical issues, identifying system inefficiencies, and proposing improvements.  He is understanding of business objectives and the ability to align IT strategies to support and drive organizational growth.

Nishant has a very energetic and hardworking personality. He has a strong belief in continuous learning and an innovative approach. With over four years of experience in the IT domain, he achieved deep knowledge on the Implementation and Commissioning of Systems like DCIM, NMS, Ticketing Tools.

Team Lead-Development

With over 10+ years of experience in various languages like Python, Node js, PHP, Java, etc,  Akhilesh Karn is a dedicated and results-driven Team Lead with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving successful project outcomes. With a strong focus on collaboration, innovation, and team development, he ensures that goals are met efficiently while fostering a positive and growth-oriented environment. Akhilesh has gained experience developing applications and processes for gateway/socket integration, plugins, database, and software. He has worked with organizations viz. ATPL, Jai Steel Pvt. Ltd., Accevate Technology, Invetech Solutions Pvt Ltd.

SME - NON-IT

Having more than 17+ years of versatile experience in HVAC and Automation systems, Sandeep has achieved a strong command over the implementation and commissioning of various ELV systems. He has worked with organizations viz. Honda, ATPL & ZIPL and created his position to be a crucial part of it.
